Cancellations and refunds
If you need to cancel your seat, you must tell us at least one month before the date of the event to receive a 100% refund. No refunds can be issued for seats that are cancelled less than one month before the event.
You may transfer your seat to a friend or colleague up until two weeks before the event. You can do that using the link in the email you received when you booked your ticket (if someone else made the booking, they’ll have the email). Name changes and transfers can’t be made in the final two weeks before the event.
If you have any special access requirements (such as wheelchair access), then please contact us when you register so we can do our best to accommodate you on the day.
Photography and quotes
You grant us the right to use any photography taken on the day or any quotes given online for the marketing of future events.
Clearleft does not pass on or sell information about our customers to any other business or organisation. The only exception to this is where we are legally obliged to do so to comply with a current judicial proceeding, a court order or legal process served on our website.
In the event Clearleft Ltd goes through a business transition, users will be notified via a prominent notice on our website for 30 days prior to a change of ownership or control of their personal information. If as a result of the business transition, the users‘ personally identifiable information will be used differently from that stated at the time of collection, they will be given choice consistent with our notification of changes section.
